South Coast local takes over Ray White Ulladulla

Outgoing Ray White Ulladulla principals Darryl and Caroline Leslight have handed over the reins of their business to Mr Mason after making the decision to retire. The Ulladulla office will come under the same umbrella as his existing businesses but has retained the full set of staff operating under the Leslights.

Mr Mason said expanding to Ulladulla will help strengthen his network of offices across the South Coast region.

“Bringing the experience of my teams across Batemans Bay, Broulee and Moruya to Ulladulla and working together as one group will further strengthen the Ray White offering in the region,” Mr Mason said.

“We’re not going to be separate. The strength of having the group, which will be five offices, Ulladulla through to Moruya, is going to be powerful and can help bring a lot of buyers and sellers together.”

The Ray White Ulladulla rental team will also be transitioning to property management platform Ailo, in-line with the rest of Mr Mason’s offices.

“We have been using Ailo property management for well over 12 months now. The platform has allowed us to continue growing our rental department and allowed us to keep on top of our managements better, meaning both our landlords and tenants are better serviced,” Mr Mason said.

“The team at Ulladulla are really excited about the new program which will help them step up to the next level in property management.”Mr Mason said while Ulladulla was once a small coastal town, it’s become popular with a new demographic of buyers.

“It used to be quite popular with holidaymakers and retirees but over time the demographic has started to change,” he said.

“The population has increased with all the jobs and the growth offered in the town. The demographic has changed and a lot more young people are moving there.”
