Ray White South Australia and Northern Territory CEO Matthew Lindblom (pictured above) congratulated everyone in the room for all of their hard work throughout the 2024-25 recognition year.

“It is great to have you all here together as one collective talented team, with continued curiosity and ambition,” Mr Lindblom said.

“Reflecting on last year, we had over 3300 scheduled auctions out of 8300 properties sold, with sales value of $6.2 billion, up from $5.15 billion the previous year. The group also had a record year, with $98 billion in sales value for 24/25.

“We are definitely punching above our weight with auctions, which is such an important metric for our past and continued market share growth.

“Thank you to our auctioneers in the room here tonight, you are exceptionally talented and always full of energy!

“Peer-to-peer cooperation, collaboration, and learning continues to be one of our greatest advantages.

“As we grow stronger together, getting ever closer to 25 per cent market share, it is important we have a mindset of abundance.

“We have strength in numbers, and momentum on our side as we are one united group.”

The coveted CEO’s Cup, awarded to those outstanding individuals who have made a significant contribution to the group, was awarded to Ray White Darwin principal Andrew Harding (pictured above).

“This award goes to a principal who has achieved remarkable feats in a relatively short amount of time. He understands what is important, does not over complicate things and has built an incredible business and team as a result,” Mr Lindblom said.

“He raises the bar higher every year, and is without a doubt charting new territory, leading the way for many to follow. His energy is infectious, remains focused on his goals and does not divert from this path.

“Andrew is the epitome of having an abundance mindset, working closely with his team and fellow business owners, happily sharing and collaborating to help other members in the Ray White network.

“The word ambition is synonymous with Andrew. He is always looking where he and his team can improve, using Ray White as his springboard to achieve their full potential.”

Ray White Glenelg | Brighton, led by Justin Kurenda and Adam Keane, was awarded the Top Overall Office, and the Top Metro Office - Settled Commission (pictured above).

"When I came here at the end of 2019 I was a part of a big community which was Ray White. But over the last six years, with over 20 per cent market share and selling more properties over $1.25 million than anyone in South Australia, to see what we’re achieving as a group is truly humbling and something we should all be really proud of," Mr Kurenda said.

"We have a multitude of teams within our business across sales, property management, and projects. We can't do what we do without them.

"When we started our business in 2019 were were at the back of the room and we wondered how we get up here.

"We worked out quickly it’s all about the people you bring into your business who believe in what you’re doing. To the amazing team that we have, thank you so much for all that you do."
