Ray White Rockhampton has beaten over 160 Ray White offices to achieve top ten status at the state annual awards, announced tonight.
The local Ray White office took out number seven ranking in the entire state network.
Local agent Mark Shore contributed to the success being named as the number one agent with regard to the number of sales in Queensland out of 1,150 agents at the Group’s state awards tonight.
David Bell, the office principal, took out third place in the prestigious category for business owners who also sell residential real estate. David was awarded the courage award as well as the Central Queensland award for excellence in print media.
Not only is the office succeeding due to volume, it was also recognised for quality customer service.
For the first time in Ray White’s history, they now actively measure and reward customer service and this year Barbara Harris of Ray White Rockhampton took out the individual award for customer ranking. This is the highest service award in the state for an agent.
“These awards not only recognise success over the past year, but also represent our agents’ ambition for 2014,” says Tony Warland, Ray White Queensland CEO.
“There is a lot of competition amongst offices to be named as our best performers. Rockhampton have featured in the top ranked offices and it’s no surprise to see them here again this year,” says Peter Camphin, Ray White Queensland joint CEO.
Jade Carr was recognised for ten years of service to Ray White.
The awards were presented in front of a record crowd 1,100 real estate professionals. It was the first time in ten years the Ray White Queensland annual awards have been held in a new venue, the Royal International Convention Centre.
It was also the first time an award has been presented based on customer rankings.
