Ray White Queensland Franchise Services Manager Leesa Paull is calling on anyone who has been curious about what an administrator does in a real estate office to attend the next career’s night this Thursday.
“I have at least 20 positions that need filling right now across our Queensland network from cadet sales people to property managers to administrators. I expect school leavers, or administrators in other industries or those people looking for a career change to come along,” Ms Paull said.
“Administrators are the backbone of any organisation and are the support personnel who help leaders and companies to succeed.
“Our Ray White elite agents are constantly looking for driven, energetic, learning-based individuals with strong organisational, administrative, project management, marketing and communications skills.”
Ms Paull, who has been at Ray White for the last 22 years was previously a legal secretary, the same as Natasha Hoang (pictured here) before she started working for Ray White South Brisbane principal Luke Croft.
Ms Hoang attended a Career's Night last year and soon after found herself working for Mr Croft.
"My typical day would see me connecting with as many people from Luke's database as I can. And some days I am able to ride along with Luke and his Sales Associate, Mark Adams, to open inspections too," she said.
"The most rewarding part of my job is trying to assist people find their dream home or investment property in the area we specialise in. Also, my new workplace environment is amazing. I am working with the best of the best in South Brisbane."
The Ray White Careers Night will explore the different type of roles, the importance of the assistant position, our company mission, vision, values, growth opportunities and Ray White’s technology.
The key qualities of a top performing assistant are time management, plus standout customer service and good administration skills.
“I have been running administrators career’s nights for a while now to showcase what we have on offer at Ray White. We have helped to pair up many agents with their administrators.
“It is a really rewarding career.”
Ms Paull said Ray White offers in-house training on all its systems.
“Our platforms are all in the Google suite and we hold monthly training. Real estate is a people business and we pride ourselves on our customer service. We need administrators who are able to work closely with our clients.”
