Two integral agents in the Brisbane property market are bringing their expertise to the local community as they open their doors to Ray White East Brisbane.
“East Brisbane is going through a rejuvenation-phase. The community spirit is strong and there is a substantial family culture in the area. We’re also seeing a lot more singles and young couples who work in the city moving in,” says Mr Price.
“The market is going well. We are seeing a steady and consistent rise in prices.
As the area is ever-evolving, we will continue to see more people wanting to be a part of this vibrant community,” says Mr Lombardi.
Mr Price and Mr Lombardi are celebrated agents in the area, having both been recognised at a state level for their achievements. Mr Lombardi has won several awards for real estate sales in Brisbane’s inner eastern suburbs and Mr Price was the recipient of the prestigious Ray White Queensland Max White Award.
“We pride ourselves and our business on success. I was previously the principal of Ray White Bulimba and during that time the office achieved the number one position in the state within the Ray White Queensland network. Our ambition is to achieve the same success with our East Brisbane office,” says Mr Price.
The partners are ingrained in the Ray White family and share the values of the company.
“Our Group is committed to the progress of our people. David and Frank have been a part of the Ray White family for 27 successful years and their future is bright as they enter into this new partnership,” says Tony Warland, Ray White Queensland Joint CEO.
“The White family are wonderful people and they have been so supportive of my career. I am privileged to have known Alan White before he passed away,” says Mr Price.
Mr Lombardi and Mr Price are also deeply involved in East Brisbane’s community spirit, supporting local sporting organisations, the Anglican Grammar School “Churchie”, meals on wheels and small local charities supporting disadvantaged children.
“Giving back is really important to us. The community defines us as a business and we want to be as big a part of it as we possibly can be,” Mr Lombardi concludes.
