A new development at William Court will launch on Sunday 6 November with an ‘open day’ for buyers to sign up for their brand new home and take advantage of $20,000 worth of added extras

“Buyers who sign up on the day will receive a free 22,500 litre water tank, SMEG appliances and a retaining wall worth $15,000 in their package,” said selling agent, Daniel Schell of Ray White Clare Valley.

The event will run from 11am to 1pm at 28 William Street, Clare Valley and will showcase the selection of 16 house and land packages available. Daniel Schell said the open day was designed to bring the community together.

“We’ve made it a bit of fun with a coffee cart, sausage sizzle, goodie bags and raffles. We’ll have our builders and some of the products buyers can choose from on display to give them a feel for what they can create. We’ll even have a Loan Market stall to discuss finance options,” Daniel said.

Partnering with developer, SJM Carpentry & Building, Daniel went on to explain that buyers aren’t purchasing a pre-determined design.

“That’s the brilliant thing - buyers can design their home as they want it. Our buyers won’t choose from pre-designed homes, they’ll work with SJM and design the home that they really want,” he explained.

With the blocks of land ranging from 606m² to 1237m², the smaller blocks start at $430,000 and the larger blocks, $535,000.

“I expect that the smaller blocks will appeal to retirees looking for a low maintenance home as well as first-time buyers. The bigger blocks will suit growing families and retired farmers who are looking for a home that still has a bit of land attached to it,” Daniel said.

Buyers who pre-register their attendance also go in the draw to win a 60 inch HD TV, Skillogalee voucher and half dozen wines at the open day. To RSVP and be in the draw, please SMS your name and email to 0402 914 973.
