The Patterson Lakes property market received a boost this week with key agents, Genevieve and Stephen Hill, branching out as new business owners.
As the doors to the new Ray White Patterson Lakes office opens, Genevieve says the move was the natural next step for their career.
“We love property and most importantly we love being around people - our main focus is to connect with people and help them achieve their goals,” she said.
Stephen and Genevieve believe the key to success is in loving what you do.
“There’s never been a day where I have questioned what I do, when I look back I have no regrets and I have loved my whole journey through real estate,” Genevieve said.
A family oriented area, the lifestyle in Patterson Lakes is diverse.
“The market incorporates entry level homes at around $400,000 all the way through to the waterfront properties above $1m.
“Buyers range from first home buyers to investors and high-end lifestyle purchasers,” Genevieve explains.
Having worked in the very similar market of Waterways for eight years, Genevieve says the move into Patterson Lakes was an opportunity they couldn’t pass up.
“We’ve always aspired to become business owners and when the opportunity presented itself to open Ray White Patterson Lakes, we knew we had to take it.
“We joined Ray White because of the strong brand and the strong community involvement associated with the brand. Ray White provide support that you don’t get as anywhere else.”
For Genevieve and Stephen, their ambition as business owners is clear: to be the best.
“We aim to have experts on every level: luxury property specialists, agents who focus on entry level and every where in between.
“Our two year plan is to be the market leaders in the area, known for our customer service and community activities. We’re a family with two girls of our own so having a connection with the community, and in particular schools, is important to us.”
