"I believe having all five businesses under one roof in the new office creates incredible synergies," said Elliott Placks, Ray White Double Bay Managing Director.
"Residential sales often lead into property management, those clients may need finance, and many also have commercial property needs. Similarly, when selling our project developments, the buyers often need to sell their existing residential properties. Bringing all these services together in one location will deliver a far more seamless and elevated experience for our clients."
The new headquarters features a thoughtfully designed interior that integrates cutting-edge technology throughout, supporting everything from high-quality video conferencing to real-time reporting and communication between departments through live link-ups.
"We're also introducing gamified software to foster a healthy sense of internal competition and engagement," Mr Placks said.
The design vision was inspired by the sails of boats, reflecting Double Bay's waterfront location, while the office features curved bronze windows for a timeless and natural flow.
The top floor is a versatile space for multiple uses, including off-plan selling (with $400 million in projects), meetings, auctions, and social events.
This space will also be used for training, wellness activities like pilates and meditation, promoting employee wellbeing.
The building showcases exceptional architectural pedigree, with exteriors designed by Bruce Stafford of Stafford Architecture and interiors by Richard Stanazich.
