With over 50 years of collective experience, a group of all star agents have made the move to Australasia’s largest real estate group.

Local mother and daughter real estate duo Angela and Emily Bolton will be leading the sales business, alongside principal Justin Sydenham. Also joining the team is well respected sales agent Nicola Starling, known for her fund raising in the community.

Popular local property managers Judith Mahoney and Lisa Pinchan remain a part of what’s become the leading asset management team in the region.

Providing effective administrative and financial strategies in the new business is Andrew Robertson, a local accountant by trade who has spent many years working in the backend of real estate agencies.

Angela Bolton, who has risen to a high level of success in her four-year real estate career, said she was incredibly excited to work with Australasia’s largest real estate group.

“I remember Ray White a lot from my childhood; it is a group that people know and it’s very special that after all these years, they are still able to be stylish and innovative,” Ms Bolton said.

Prior to working in real estate, Ms Bolton had a successful career in car sales, financial services and mortgage broking.

“When I first moved to this wonderful community, I noticed a gap in the market for excellent real estate services,” she said.

“I found that my negotiation and nurturing skills really lent itself to the practice of selling real estate.”

Angela’s daughter Emily learned the ropes in an eastern suburbs agency in Sydney, and recently moved back home to become a sales associate.

“Emily brings a really high-level of marketing and operations to my business already, so I am really looking forward to working for Ray White with her,” Ms Bolton said.

“We both absolutely love living in this area and are so passionate about that.”

Ms Bolton said 80 per cent of their clients relocate from Sydney for the lifestyle benefits.

“We have seen that with COVID, more and more people are working from home; businesses are beginning to realise how productive people can actually be, which means they can move to their ideal region,” Ms Bolton said.

Ray White Thirroul’s previous owner Tony Dribbus decided to change his focus and pass on the baton to a new local business leader.

Mr Sydenham said the transition was perfect to take the reins from Tony’s very capable hands after his 35 years and continue the fantastic reputation of Ray White Thirroul.

“Our goal is to make a positive and rewarding impact on sellers and landlords’ lives financially, and of course to showcase our beautiful lifestyle to buyers and renters.”

Ray White NSW CEO Andrew McCulloch welcomed the team into their new office.

“We are incredibly excited that Angela and Justin are now operating as Ray White Thirroul” Mr McCulloch said.

“They are both well established in the local community and Ray White is always welcoming of energetic, ambitious leaders, and we are proud to have so many in the industry. I'm looking forward to a new era in what is a truly remarkable part of NSW.

“I would also like to say a huge congratulations to Tony and Sally Dribbus, who have upheld the Ray White name in Thirroul for all these years. We look forward to supporting Angela and Justin as they continue to provide the best possible service to their customers.”
