Ray White Seven Hills was officially launched on Thursday 17 September on the birthday celebration of India’s Elephant God Ganesh - which will bless the office with good fortune, according to new owner Parth Joshi.
The Westmead local, and wife Mitali have set up shop in a prime location on the same street as the Seven Hills train station, and will be the first office for the couple.
Parth had been considering opening his own real estate business for several years. “In 2013, I was thinking of opening my own office in real estate,” he said, adding that it took nearly four months to get it all up and running.
Even so, Parth has started the business in style, with one listing already under his belt, and many in the pipeline, using his extensive social network and circle in the area will ensure he has the trust and support of the community he loves.
“Seven Hills was my first choice because it’s a growing area that’s very multicultural and friendly,” said Parth.
Parth and his team also look forward to return the local support with involvement in key initiatives throughout the local area, “the team here are very excited and confident in our services.”
Ray White NSW CEO Stephen Nell says he expects Parth and Ray White Seven Hills to do well.
“In a booming and diverse area, Parth and his team have already shown the hard work and dedication required to excel in this industry, and we look forward to seeing their ongoing success as part of the Ray White Group.
He intends to run a family oriented business - much like the Ray White brand, and become a market leader in the Seven Hills local area.
“My primary concern is to be honest with people and give them a fair go so it’s a win-win situation for all our client interactions,” he said.
