The professional glazier envisioned a family resort where his three children could grow up surrounded by the luxury of Asian-inspired wellness spaces.

The six-bedroom eight-bathroom property at 19 Dulwich Road, Chatswood in New South Wales is being marketed by Ray White Riverside principal Jason Kiprovski.

The stunning property, on a 1688sqm block of land, is set to go to auction on 1 November with a price guide of $8 million.

Mr Kiprovski said: “This architecturally-designed residence offers a rare blend of scale, luxury and privacy just a short walk from Chatswood station and shops”.

Mr Minassian said what began as an ambitious vision has transformed into a stunning mini-resort that has hosted countless gatherings, from intimate family dinners to celebrations accommodating 60-70 guests.

"We had a clear vision when we bought this property - we wanted a resort-style home that reflected the luxury experiences I'd enjoyed during my frequent business trips to Asia,” Mr Minassian said.

Working with a builder on-site, the family completed the substantial project on the large block, creating distinct front and rear sections connected by glass-sheeted corridors that flood the home with natural light.

The property's centerpiece is an expansive cabana featuring 6.5 meter bi-fold frameless glass doors that seamlessly merge indoor and outdoor living.

With four ceiling fans and gas heaters, the space has hosted "a hell of a lot of entertaining" across all seasons, accommodating everything from birthday celebrations to anniversaries, Mr Minassian said.

The home features a sauna and steam room, extensively used by the family, frameless glass pool fencing, an alfresco barbecue area, and a large cinema room with a 90-inch TV.

“Every part of this house has been designed for comfort and entertainment,” Mr Minassian said.

Mr Minassian said now that his children have grown up and moved out of home, he is ready to downsize.

"I'd love to see a younger family with teenagers move in - people who can really use these facilities," he said.

"There's even room for grandparents. It's a growing family's dream, with space for everyone to gather and create their own memories."
