Ray White Samford principal Brett Crompton and selling agent Bryan Carmichael are sharing the Ray White Group love and stepping outside the box with a charity auction at ‘Mountain Lake Manor’ in Clear Mountain.
Ray White agents will gather to raise money for Lady Cilento Children’s Hospital, while pooling their resources and network knowledge to find the next owner of this family estate.
“We hope the event will bring together our network of agents and Ray White resources to find the best buyer for this property. The event will offer agents the opportunity to win some amazing prizes while raising money for a worthy cause in the community, and showcasing this spectacular home,” said Brett.
The auction will be catered by local restaurant Topiaries at Beaumont House in Samford Valley, who will provide drinks and canapés for the guests.
All guests will go into a draw to win lucky door prizes geared towards helping agents maximise their selling potential. Prizes include home stylings, Red Balloon vouchers, a Mercedes Benz weekend drive car, property photo shoots and even a remote control drone.
Agents can bid on items such as sports memorabilia, a property video package, flight centre gift voucher, local art sculpture and an iPad Air.
Selling agent Brett Crompton says, “I take every opportunity to support worthwhile local community charities as well as organisations that change lives for the better. I’m passionate about selling real estate and a charity auction is an excellent opportunity to raise money for this worthy cause.”
He described ‘Mountain Lake Manor’ as one of the most unique and custom designed properties he has ever seen.
“I have been selling real estate for over 13 years and I have never seen anything like this. The scenery is tranquil, the quality is exceptional and the home is one of a kind.”
This three-level, 2.48 hectare property includes 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 large designer kitchens, resort style infinity pool, dual living and vast coastal and mountain views.
The owners are excited that the sale of their beloved home is linked to such an inspiring cause.
“We are really sad to be leaving, but are so happy to be doing something meaningful for the community in the process,” said one of the owners, Colin.
They will miss the feeling of serenity the home has to offer, and are looking forward to taking to the water and exploring their next project: canal living.
“We hope the next owners will love and cherish the home as much as we did. We are thrilled with what we have achieved in creating this home and it is now time for someone else to experience and enjoy this unique slice of paradise,” said Colin.
“The next step for us is something very different and we can’t wait to experience what canal living has to offer.”
