AFL star teams up with Ray White Williamstown to kick property goals

The footy superstar has thrown his name behind the sales campaign led by Ray White Williamstown director Joanne Royston, starring in a marketing video to generate buzz around the high-end Footscray apartment block.

With the team's training ground, Whitten Oval visible from ARCO’s rooftop and just a short stroll away, Marcus is hoping to see some passionate Bulldogs fans snap up the apartments on offer.

“The western suburbs is a dynamic area that’s continuing to grow and develop. Having spent a lot of time in Footscray, I’m here playing and training just around the corner, I’ve seen the growth in the area,” Marcus said.

“There’s a great connection to the community in Footscray, there’s coffee shops, great pubs and restaurants, and a vibrant atmosphere. It’s only going to continue to grow and evolve.”

Joanne is currently selling apartments 102, 204 and 502 of the 66-68 Pickett St, Footscray development. Unit 102 is on the market with a price guide of $1.15 million, while unit 204 has a price guide of $850,000 to $930,000. Unit 502 is a 427.6sqm penthouse with four bedrooms and a private rooftop oasis which has a price guide of $2.5 million to $2.6 million.
