Molly began her real estate career in 2021 in property management, where she developed a strong foundation in client care, organisation, and day-to-day property operations. In 2025, she progressed into a sales administration role, further broadening her understanding of the industry and strengthening her ability to support both clients and sales agents throughout the transaction process.

Originally from Bendigo, Molly moved to Melbourne in 2024 and has since built a solid knowledge of the inner-city market through her experience across both property management and sales. This combination allows her to bring a practical, well-rounded approach to her work, with a clear understanding of what is required to achieve a smooth and successful outcome for clients.

 Molly is recognised for her professionalism, reliability, and approachable manner. She brings a calm and positive presence to those she works with and is committed to delivering a seamless experience for clients at every stage of the process. Molly takes genuine pride in supporting clients as they navigate their property journey and values being part of such an important and meaningful milestone in their lives.  

Outside of work, Molly enjoys staying active, regularly going for walks and attending the gym, and values maintaining a healthy, well-balanced routine. She also enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, making the most of her downtime and personal connections. Having played soccer for over 10 years, she has developed a strong sense of teamwork, discipline, and commitment, which naturally carries through into both her personal life and professional approach.
