Originally hailing from the coastal town of Cowell on South Australia’s Eyre Peninsula, Miki Harding relocated to Gladstone almost two years ago after her partner was headhunted for a role in the local aquaculture industry.

With a Bachelor of Marketing and Communications from the University of South Australia, Miki brings a wealth of diverse experience to the Ray White Gladstone team. Her professional journey began early, working in hospitality and bartending. Following her graduation, she honed her expertise in PR, automotive marketing, and media at News Corp. This background has equipped Miki with exceptional time management, professionalism, and a dedication to customer service. Driven, creative, and goal-oriented, she prides herself on being a resourceful problem-solver who is always eager to learn new skills to support her team.

When she isn’t brainstorming her next big campaign, Miki is an outdoorsy spirit who loves spending her weekends kayaking and camping with her partner, Nelson, and their beloved sausage dog, Nevins. Deeply passionate about the environment and building local connections, she founded a social group to help young women in the community network. An avid Adelaide Crows fan who loves painting and drawing, Miki also volunteers her creative talents as the content creator for the local BITS Saints AFL club.

In the upcoming 12 months, Miki aims to be a reliable resource for her team and is highly motivated to create quality content that challenges her as a marketer.
