Starting her career in the animal care and racing industry, Mia learned to think on her feet and adapt quickly to changing situations. She then built her confidence in customer service roles before spending four years in the dental industry, where she refined her time management, communication and attention to detail, along with gaining valuable administrative and reception experience.

Mia is passionate about building genuine connections with clients, recognising that strong relationships and clear communication are key to delivering a positive experience. She is committed to ensuring both landlords and tenants feel supported throughout the property management process.

Outside of work, Mia enjoys going on hikes and long walks with her husky, as well as cooking, trying new foods and spending quality time with her family.
