Melissa Yarrow joins Ray White Tugun as a Leasing Consultant, bringing with her a strong background in customer service, organisation and relationship management. Before making the move into real estate, Melissa spent many years in childcare as a Lead Educator, where she managed daily operations, supported families, coordinated teams and ensured exceptional care and communication. Her passion for property began when she purchased her first home in 2011, leading her to complete her real estate qualification in 2014. With her youngest child now in primary school, Melissa has embraced the opportunity to pursue the career she has always envisioned.

Drawn to Ray White Tugun's supportive team culture and commitment to professional development, Melissa is excited to grow her knowledge of property management and leasing while building meaningful relationships with clients. A proud mum of three boys, Melissa values family above all else and describes home as “wherever my children and husband are.” Outside of work, you'll find her walking her dogs, exploring by boat, fishing, hiking or enjoying a day at the beach. Approachable, enthusiastic and always willing to help, Melissa is a welcome addition to the Ray White Tugun team.
