Meg Taylor is a Property Manager with just shy of a year of experience in that role, supported by two years in the property management industry. Originally from the Gold Coast, where she began her real estate career, Meg relocated to the Sunshine Coast in December 2024 and brought with her a well-rounded and practical understanding of the industry.

Following the natural progression of the property management industry Meg began as a receptionist and Property Management Administrator, later progressing to Assistant Property Manager before taking on her own portfolio of 150+ properties for a period of time before eventually joining us here. 

Known for her efficiency and proactive approach, Meg thrives in the fast-paced and ever-changing nature of property management.

She particularly enjoys the versatility of the role, working closely with landlords, tenants, trades, and industry professionals, while also spending time out in the field conducting reports on new properties and learning new suburbs. 

Meg is motivated by problem-solving and the opportunity to navigate new challenges, often collaborating with her team to deliver well-considered outcomes. She takes pride in building trust with clients, particularly in turning around initially uncertain situations into positive outcomes. With a strong focus on communication and service, Meg is committed to delivering reliable and effective property management support.
