Mark and his wife seized the opportunity to acquire the management rights of a prominent 37-level residential building in Runaway Bay on the Gold Coast. They not only managed the letting but also handled the sales rights. Subsequently, they ventured into the travel industry, acquiring a partnership with a national wholesale travel company. During this time, Mark travelled extensively throughout Australia, New Zealand, the South Pacific and Asia. Mark's strategic vision and the team's efforts resulted in franchising the business to 17 franchise areas, which continues to thrive and expand.
