Lulu brings a wealth of experience and passion to her role as Business Development Manager at Ray White Carlingford. Having worked in the real estate industry since July 2018, she has a strong foundation in property management and a proven track record of delivering exceptional service to clients.

Lulu was drawn to real estate through her keen interest in the property market and the long-term stability the industry offers. Prior to her real estate career, she worked as a Chinese teacher, a role that strengthened her communication skills and deepened her commitment to community involvement.

As a Carlingford local who grew up in the area, Lulu has a deep understanding of the local market. She appreciates Carlingford’s central location, excellent schools, and the vibrant Chinese community, which makes the area particularly welcoming for older Chinese residents and their families.

In her new role, Lulu is focused on building strong relationships with property owners and investors, helping them maximise the value of their assets while delivering a seamless client experience. Known for her friendly nature, reliability, and team spirit, she is a valuable asset to the Ray White team.
