Kate has been part of the real estate industry for over 15 years, beginning her career in 2009 as a Director of First Impressions. Since then, she has built extensive experience within Property Management and now proudly works as Operations Manager – Property Management.

Known for her strong communication skills, attention to detail and professional approach, Kate thrives in the fast-paced nature of the industry and is highly regarded for her strong work ethic, dedication and leadership. She is passionate about supporting her team, creating efficient processes and delivering exceptional service to both clients and colleagues. Her approachable and organised style ensures clients feel supported, informed and confident throughout their experience.

Outside of work, Kate enjoys spending quality time with her family on their acreage property. Whether it’s riding bikes, playing with cars or simply relaxing at home together.
