A licensed Stock and Station agent, Justin Sanderson was born and raised in Dubbo NSW and has been an integral part of the Richardson and Sinclair team since 2006 when he started as a teenager. Being full time with the network since 2009, Justin is 5th generation of the Sanderson family in livestock agency. His love for Dubbo and surrounding communities especially Warren is evident in his and the team's success. Justin has extensive knowledge of the region and believes that sincerity and relationships is the key to success in the livestock and real estate industry. Becoming Principal of Richardson and Sinclair in 2022 is a testament of Justin’s commitment and dedication. 

Justin alongside Scott Sinclair has built the business by offering clients a full range of services, including livestock sales, property sales and property management. An accomplished auctioneer, Justin’s professional, modern and dynamic approach to marketing has continued to strengthen the Ray White Richardson and Sinclair brand resulting in bigger and better opportunities throughout the region. 

Justin works across the Warren (which he opened in 2012) and Dubbo office, and in his spare time, together with his wife Jane and thier young family runs Alpine Charolais stud at Collie plus a commercial cattle breeding & trading operation between properties at Warren, Collie & Gwabegar. He is also currently the president of the Warren Show Society.
