Joe Carbone brings a wealth of experience to his role as Business Development Manager with the Property Management team at Ray White Whiteman & Associates.

With more than 23 years in the finance industry, including senior roles with major banks such as NAB and Bankwest, Joe has built extensive expertise across residential and commercial relationship banking. He further expanded his property industry knowledge through 10 years as a Strata Manager, giving him a well-rounded understanding of property ownership, investment, and client service.

Since joining Ray White Whiteman & Associates, Joe has focused on helping property owners maximise the value of their investments while delivering exceptional service and support. His approach is built on attention to detail, clear communication, understanding each client's unique needs, and fostering trust through long-term professional relationships.

Joe is passionate about providing outstanding customer service and takes pride in creating positive outcomes for both property owners and tenants alike.

Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with his family, keeping active through exercise, playing golf, following a wide range of sports, and socialising with friends and colleagues. His genuine interest in people and strong relationship-building skills are at the heart of both his professional and personal life.

Ray White Real Estate (Whiteman and Associates) in Mirrabooka is a 'Whiteman Family Business'. The Whiteman family started out in real estate in the 1970's by the founding family members Ross and Ann Whiteman. Ross & Ann developed their Real Estate and Settlement Agency businesses and in the late 1980's introduced their two sons, Mark and David, as sales people into the business. From here Ann concentrated her efforts as a specialist Settlement Agent operating and owning Devon Settlements until tragically passing away from a nine month battle with Motor Neurone Disease.
