Izabela brings more than 20 years of finance and accounting experience across a range of industries including property valuation, facilities services, hospitality and retail.

With a strong background in financial reporting, compliance, payroll, budgeting and operational finance management, Izabela works across the financial oversight and compliance functions of the business, supporting reporting, cashflow management, internal controls and finance process improvement.

In her role with our team, Izabela works closely with management, external accountants and the operational finance team to support financial accountability, compliance and the continued growth of the finance function across the group.

Utilising an analytical approach, attention to detail and a calm, solutions-focused mindset, Izabela is passionate about creating efficient systems, maintaining strong financial controls and supporting informed business decision-making.
