Dimi loves that her role as a Property Manager involves talking with people – on the phone or in person, it doesn’t matter, there’s a human side to the role. Since starting her career in real estate in 2014, Dimi has fine-tuned her customer experience to a level that ensures she is always down to earth, understands the complexities of each situation, and communicates clearly in a way that clients can truly comprehend. There is always a kind way to deliver news – good or bad – and Dimi has the maturity, respect, and composure to ensure her clients are happy with any result.

She prides herself on her patience, treating her clients the way she would like to be treated. She knows that the quicker you deal with a situation, the better the outcome. Her clients talk to her on a first-name basis, often inviting her into their lives to talk about their kids, dogs, joys, and sorrows. For Dimi, it’s a privilege to be part of those moments – a true sign of the trust and compassion she builds in her working relationships.

Dimi is a mum to two adult children and revels in spending time with them. She’s always up for a plane trip or a road trip, enjoys painting and sculpting in her downtime, and believes that what matters most is maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
