The introduction of 3D technology and subsequent manufacturing of the Matterport Camera has been revolutionary in the way we show our properties. Conducting a full, 360-degree rotation every 1 metre whilst moving throughout a property, Declan can showcase a home in its exact current state, to almost exact specifications and measurements, allowing you to feel as though you are physically walking through a property with just a touch of your finger on your chosen device. The camera also uses a laser to pinpoint where walls and doors are, generating a floor plan as it travels. This allows our business to market our properties for both sales and property management without leaving anything to the imagination!
