Crystal Cooper began her real estate career in 2002 on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, where she quickly established a reputation for her professionalism, warmth and dedication to clients. After moving to the Gold Coast ten years ago, she and her family settled in Carrara, where Crystal continues to bring her wealth of experience and genuine care to her role as Senior Property Manager.

With more than twenty years in the industry, Crystal has developed a deep understanding of property management and the importance of building strong, lasting relationships with both landlords and tenants. Known for her clear communication and meticulous attention to detail, she ensures every property is managed with the highest level of care and efficiency.

Crystal has had the privilege of working with Matt previously and has enjoyed watching his growth and passion over the years, both for clients and for the people he leads.
