Claire Vidler is a nationally recognized leader in real estate and the driving force behind the Ray White Atherton Property Management division. As the recipient of the prestigious Ray White National Property Manager of the Year (2024/2025) award, Claire brings a level of expertise that places her at the pinnacle of the industry across Australia.

Claire knows the beauty of life in the Tablelands, and she's an expert in managing investment properties in the region. She's the ideal leader to look after property managements for investors, ensuring reliable tenants, smart decision-making and consistent returns. After graduating Malanda High, Claire found her feet in real estate many years ago. In that time she's mastered a whole host of critical real estate skills from contracts to sales support, investment management and customer communication. Her time with the local newspaper, seven years, taught her the ins and outs of marketing, pagination and promotion.  Her eye for detail in these jobs assists her greatly in her role as a Property management.

Today, her proficiency sees her in the property management area where she is the Senior Property Manager, overseeing the team.  With many years’ experience, having worked in all aspects of property management, Claire ensures our team are the best equipped to manage your investment.
