Following a highly successful period in residential sales, Chris Inglis has now transitioned into a Business Development role. In this position, he is focused on growing the rent roll, expanding the property management portfolio, and driving new business opportunities for Ray White Altona.

With a rich background in sales dating back to 2000 and a successful period in residential property sales starting in 2020, Chris’s transition into business development leverages his deep industry experience and relationship-first philosophy.

Moving to Hobsons Bay in 2002, Chris has been heavily involved in the local community ever since. He is actively involved with the Williamstown Super Rules football club, as well as being the current President of the Parents & Friends committee at Queen of Peace Primary School, and team manager for his son’s Under 10s Football team at Point Cook Football Club.

When Chris isn’t in the office or supporting local community initiatives, you’ll find him and his wife Sandra spending quality time with their son or on the sidelines cheering on his beloved Brisbane Lions.

With strong communication skills, a proven background in sales and customer service, and deep local ties, Chris brings a strategic and relationship-focused approach to his role.
