With experience across a variety of roles within the industry, she has developed a strong foundation of knowledge and expertise that now supports the Sales Team.
After taking time off to start a family, Chantell returned to take on the role of Head of Customer Experience.
She works closely with our agents to collect feedback from every buyer and seller, ensuring our clients have a voice and helping us continuously improve the level of service we provide.
