With deep roots in Kiama and over a decade of hands-on property experience, Ben Griffin brings a unique mix of construction know-how, local knowledge, and relentless drive to the Ray White Kiama team.

Having lived in Kiama for more than 24 years and worked in construction, Ben knows property from the ground up. He completed a carpentry apprenticeship before transitioning into major tunnelling infrastructure, and eventually channelled his passion for real estate into becoming a full-time sales professional.

Ben has personally bought and sold multiple properties in the region since 2013, giving him real-world insight into the buying and selling journey. He’s successfully negotiated standout deals, including his family home through strategic property moves, demonstrating his sharp eye for value and opportunity.

What sets Ben apart is his competitive mindset, strong work ethic, and commitment to service. Whether it’s negotiating under pressure, finding common ground in a complex deal, or simply being a steady guide throughout the sales process, his clients are his number one priority.
