Belinda is a proud Queenslander, born and raised in Brisbane, where she completed her schooling and earned a Bachelor of Business majoring in Journalism from the Queensland University of Technology. Drawn by the crystal‑blue waters and pristine beaches of the Whitsundays, she relocated to Airlie Beach in 1999 — a move that shaped both her personal and professional life. It was here she met her husband, Mark Beale.
In 2006, Belinda and Mark took over the Ray White Whitsunday franchise, and together they have grown it into the region’s largest and most successful real estate agency. Their leadership reflects a deep commitment to the community and a passion for showcasing the beauty and lifestyle of the Whitsundays.
Proud parents of three, Belinda and her family share a love of travel, whether exploring their own aquatic backyard or venturing further afield.
