Ashley Benstead is a senior executive with over 15 years of leadership experience across multi-site and multi-state organisations. Known for building high-performing teams and delivering sustainable growth, Ashley has held executive and operational leadership roles spanning strategy, business development, and organisational transformation. Ashley holds an MBA and a Master of Marketing, underpinning his strategic and commercial approach to leadership.

With hands-on experience as a real estate agent, Ashley understands the industry from the ground up and brings that perspective into everything he does as a leader. He has a genuine passion for the Bendigo property market and the opportunities it continues to create for buyers, sellers, investors and renters in the region.

Outside of work, Ashley is a proud Bendigo local who loves spending time with his young family. He enjoys travel, cricket and snowboarding, and is a long-time Collingwood supporter.
