Alana is a second-generation real estate professional, and Business Manager to Daniel Ungar in the new Projects division at Ray White Double Bay. Raised on the Gold Coast, Queensland in a property development family, she gained a deep understanding of the industry from a young age, sparking her passion for real estate.

With a degree in Property Economics from Bond University, Alana has a comprehensive understanding of the development process, including feasibility analysis, town planning, funding, property markets, and the economic forces that shape them. Her hands-on experience spans the entire development lifecycle, from site analysis and planning to construction and project completion, enabling her to offer strategic, tailored advice at every stage of a project.
