Alan is young and enthusiastic with the passion to excel in life. He has the maturity to learn from those who have preceded him, and the motivation to succeed beyond his own and others’ expectations. He bought his first home at the age of 19, so he recognizes the importance of a great real estate agent to negotiate a sale.
Alan started his sales career at Harvey Norman, where he learned his outstanding sales skills. Ray White has recognized his qualities and his level-headedness as desirable attributes for a career in real estate sales. Alan is keen to provide exceptional customer service that allows the selling process to be effortless for his clients, and thus get them the best possible result. He believes that building a great rapport and trust with his clients is paramount.
Alan was raised by his mother and is very close to his family. They speak Teochew, a Chinese dialect, and he understands some Cantonese. Alan does some freelance photography, and volunteers at the Australian Zhong Hua Qun Yi Lion Dance Association. He has travelled to South East Asia and New Zealand and hopes to do more travelling in the future.
