Vivian resides in the Eastern suburbs with her family. Vivian is an eager real estate investor herself, with a great understanding of what the market place is looking for in the area. Her time is spent passionately networking with buyers looking to secure their investment and lifestyles in our very popular Eastern Suburbs.
Another benefit that many of Vivian's clients mention is her willingness to offer advice that goes beyond the real estate transaction. Prior to entering the real estate world, Vivian has completed her Honor Master degree in Accounting and Finance at Swinburne University of Technology and had a couples of years working experience in financial planning industry. She has gained a broader understanding of financial world, so it is hardly surprising that so many of Vivian's clients have come to rely on her for well rounded advice on all aspects of their property dealings.
Her multi-lingual skills in English and Mandarin, along with her broad knowledge of Asian cultures, also help many local home owners find her such a valuable source of advice and market insights.
When not working, Vivian enjoys quality time with her young family which includes her husband and son. She loves trying new restaurants and different cuisines, teaching mandarin and mathematics, cooking and doing outdoor activities.
