Ray White Rural Rockhampton is a locally owned and operated business with Richard Brosnan being the Principal/Director. Ray White Rural Rockhampton is part of the Ray White group of franchises which now have in excess of 1,000 offices nationally and internationally with 140 residing throughout Asia.
Richard's rural agency career started in 1989 working throughout nine Queensland locations in various roles culminating in 2006 in Rockhampton. At this time, he undertook an Agribusiness Specialist role with a major financial institution with a focus on the cattle industry in particular throughout Qld & NT. In 2009 Richard joined Ray White Rural Qld based in Rockhampton and undertook his own franchise in Rockhampton in June 2012 and operates today.
Past and current success is attributed to his overall understanding of rural property and the production/benefits these properties offer. Through a lifetime of working in the rural industry; livestock, farming, property, and finance sectors of Australian agribusiness, this experience provides a wealth of knowledge, which translates into delivery of results for vendors and purchasers.
Richard maintains a passion for rural and regional agribusiness and is keen to facilitate further investment into this key part of Australia’s economy.
