Rebecca has been an integral part of our award-winning team for over 20 years, bringing a depth of experience across all roles within Property Management and Sales. With more than two decades in the industry — and having grown alongside the same offices — her knowledge, loyalty, and understanding of the local market are second to none.

As a landlord and active property investor herself, Rebecca offers genuine, real-world insight into what it takes to successfully build and grow an investment portfolio. She has personally built a brand-new home, renovated existing properties, and specialises in project management services, including property upgrades, renovations, and granny flat builds, helping landlords, investors, and developers maximise returns and long-term value.

In her role, Rebecca works closely with both new and existing landlords, providing honest, strategic property management advice and guiding clients through the process of preparing their properties for lease. Her hands-on approach ensures each property is positioned to perform at its best from day one.

Persistent, determined, and highly organised, Rebecca is known for her caring and attentive client style. She delivers a streamlined, stress-free experience, underpinned by a strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-through. She has completed her Diploma of Business and continues ongoing growth and investment strategy courses, she remains up to date with ever-changing legislation and market conditions, offering timely and informed advice.

Rebecca has a deep passion for property investment and development, and genuinely enjoys helping landlords, investors, and developers achieve their financial goals through smart planning and proactive management.

Living and working locally in the beautiful Lake Macquarie community, Rebecca is married to our Sales Agent Nathan Wood, who brings over 24 years of experience in property sales, with both Rebecca and Nathan being heavily involved in and passionate about supporting the local community. Together, they are raising their two beautiful daughters and are proud to help clients achieve outstanding results while supporting the area they call home.
