Madeleine brings warmth and positivity to the front of house at Ray White Buderim, creating a welcoming first impression for every client and visitor. Originally from Dalby, where she spent her childhood, she has called the Sunshine Coast home since 2018 and values being part of a close, supportive community.

With a background in customer service, hospitality and retail, Madeleine has developed strong people skills and a natural ability to make others feel comfortable. She has worked with well known brands including Pandora and Zarraffas, along with roles in local businesses, building a reputation for being friendly, well presented and confident in fast paced environments. She also completed a Certificate III in Nursing through TAFE, which strengthened her empathy and care for others.

Confident, driven and empathetic, Madeleine enjoys being part of a team and contributing to a positive workplace culture. She is passionate about helping people and believes even small actions can make someone’s day easier and better.
