Lucas got his start in real estate back in 2001 with Ray White Wagga Wagga, as a trainee Property Management Assistant. After then progressing to gain experience in various other real estate roles, Lucas developed a strong determination to succeed in his own business.
When the opportunity presented itself to take over ownership of the Ray White Wagga Wagga business in 2011, Lucas along with business partner Cassie Sheahan, grabbed the opportunity with both hands. The business has now grown to become 3 offices in Wagga, Junee and Coolamon along with the regions premier Rural Property Agency.
Combining his experience and expertise with is kind and friendly nature, he plays an integral role in the success of the businesses. He takes pride in providing a service that is above and beyond his clients’ expectations.
Lucas believes that honesty, communication and delivering on promises, are the keys to being successful in the industry and these are key values within each of our offices.
