With over 15 years of experience in Retail Management and the past four years dedicated to Real Estate, Tracey brings a wealth of customer service expertise and leadership to her role in Property Management.

Tracey is passionate about the dynamic nature of the industry, no two days are ever the same, and she thrives on the daily challenges that come with supporting landlords, tenants, trades and colleagues alike. Clear communication and genuine care are at the heart of everything she does.

As both a Property Manager and an investment property owner, Tracey understands property management from both perspectives, allowing her to deliver a well-rounded and empathetic service experience. Having lived in the Ipswich area for over 30 years, she has a deep appreciation for the region’s growth and community spirit.

Outside of work, Tracey enjoys camping, spending quality time with her family, taking Sunday drives, and exploring the rich history of Greater Ipswich.
