Having been a Wantirna resident for more than a decade, Derek’s commitment to his role has seen him constantly challenge himself to learn new skills, adapt to market conditions and gain an in-depth understanding of the local area. 

Self-motivated and always willing to go the extra mile, Derek believes that it’s important to always remain determined in the face of adversity and to never be afraid to let your ideas take flight. He has accomplished a master's degree in Accounting and Finance in University of Adelaide.

Derek is a proud father of two and a family man. Outside of work, he enjoys camping or a game of basketball with friends.  Often, you'll find him enjoying a meal at the Sporting Globe restaurant in Knox City cheering on the LA Lakers.
