Courtney has lived in Mildura most of her life and is now raising her own family here, alongside her husband, Managing Director and Elite Sales Agent Damian Portaro and their three young children.  

Courtney completed a Bachelor Degree in Business, majoring in Accounting in 2004 before going on to receive CPA status in 2008. During this time she worked locally for Southern Cross Business Advisers (formally Allford Jones) commencing in 2001 as she completed her studies and continued on with them for an impressive 18 years, providing business, financial and taxation advice to a broad spectrum of clients, before finishing up in 2019 to have their third child.

Courtney joined the family business and Ray White Team in January 2022 stepping into the role of Leasing Manager. This position enables her to utilise her strong people, communication and analytical skills to ensure only the highest quality renters are approved for properties under Ray White’s management.
