From the moment Chloe Nomikos finished high school, it was clear that a career in sales and real estate was the perfect path. Starting as a Property Management Assistant, she gained valuable experience in leasing and property management, which laid the foundation for her current role as a Leasing Executive at Ray White Surry Hills.

In this role, Chloe helps property owners lease their residential properties efficiently while ensuring tenants find the perfect place to call home. With a strong understanding of the market and a commitment to exceptional service, she strives to create seamless leasing experiences for both landlords and tenants.

Chloe began her journey with Ray White Bondi Beach before joining the dynamic team at Ray White Surry Hills, which has been an incredibly rewarding experience, thanks to the company’s collaborative team environment.

Outside of work, Chloe enjoys catching up with friends, staying active at the gym, and exploring new restaurants around the city.
