Andrew started his real estate career in Sydney in the 1970s and, together with his brother Greg, opened up and developed a network of three Ray White offices in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. Seeing amazing opportunities on the Gold Coast, Andrew and Greg sold their three offices in Sydney and purchased Ray White Surfers Paradise in 1989.
Andrew and Greg grew the office from a sixteen-person team to a network of eleven offices incorporating over 300 people and pioneered new business arms within Ray White Surfers Paradise, including Ray White Guangzhou, Ray White Atlanta, Ray White Marine, Ray White Hotels, Ray White New Projects, Ray White Commercial, and Ray White Wealth and Lifestyle. Andrew and Greg are proud of having built Ray White Surfers Paradise into an iconic real estate business on the Australian landscape and, on 23 occasions, took out the title as the Number One International Office within the Ray White Group.
Today, Andrew and Greg own and operate Ray White Bell Group, which includes Ray White Commercial, Ray White New Projects, Ray White Southport, and the extensive Ray White Property Management business. They also maintain an equity position in Ray White Hope Island, which, over the next few years, will transition to Matthew Gates, Andrew's son-in-law, who already owns and operates Ray White Sanctuary Cove.
Exciting times lie ahead for the Bell brothers as they continue to focus on growth and development across their business structures.
