Rosie Bold’s passion for real estate is deeply rooted in her love for people, culture, and connection. From her early days on the floor of a Sydney restaurant, she discovered the joy of listening to people’s stories and creating meaningful experiences, something that continues to drive her today in her real estate journey.

With a background in high-end hospitality, including roles at some of Sydney’s top cocktail bars, restaurants, and VIP casinos at Crown Resorts and The Star, Rosie earned a reputation for exceptional client service. Her natural ability to connect with people didn’t go unnoticed, many of her long-time patrons encouraged her to explore a career in real estate, recognising her talent and potential.

Since making that leap, Rosie has built a diverse career across Sydney’s Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, and in the city’s off-the-plan development space. Her understanding of the local market is grounded in real-world experience, and her communication skills are matched by her creative eye, shaped through a BA in Communications (Media Arts Production and Film Studies) from UTS, and training in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, and Advertising.

Rosie brings a global perspective to her work, having lived in Mongolia, Malaysia, and Singapore, and attended international schools alongside students from over 165 nations. She arrived in Sydney in 2010 as an independent student and, now a proud Australian citizen, considers the city her true home. 

Joining Ercan Ersan’s award-winning team at Ray White Erskineville was a natural step. As a Sales Executive, Rosie is thrilled to contribute to the community that has given her so much. Her multicultural background and rich life experiences allow her to connect with clients from all walks of life and guide them with empathy, clarity, and care.

Outside of real estate, Rosie is an artist at heart. She finds joy in world literature, poetry, cinema, and artistic expression, all of which feed into the thoughtful and authentic way she approaches her work and relationships.
