Growing up constantly surround by numbers, from my mother in accounting to my father in Real Estate, I quickly found a passion for property investment. Once in the industry, a key pattern always stood out to me; while markets and circumstances may change, the key requirements vendors have always remain the same. They all want good communication while achieving the best price for their property, in their time frame so they can move on with their lives. Throughout my engineering degree, I noticed the importance of research and planning, reporting, product knowledge and good communication. These elements are the foundation that my business has been built upon.
With a background in Computer Systems engineering, I have technical knowledge that other agents just can’t get. This has allowed me to design, create and utilise technology to not only market a property in ways other agents can’t, but to also capture every aspect of the selling process and provide that to my Vendor in an easy to read report. The entire selling process is laid out in front of the vendor before the process even starts so they are well aware of all aspects at any given stage. The vendor receives constant updates and feedback so when they are required to make a decision, they have the knowledge to do so.
