Holiday Rentals Manager / Sales Consultant, Ray White Hope Island
Yoko Usami – Sales, Property & Holiday Management
宇佐美 葉子 （中文／英语／日本語）
Yoko commenced her career in Real Estate in 1997 starting out working with the Developers of Hope Island Resort. Her role was to market the newly designed Resort and sell mostly new land but also house and land packages that have made the Resort what it is today. Her fluency in Japanese, Chinese and English gave her a great advantage in the 14 years working with the Developer where she gained extensive experience in sales, property management and holiday letting. This career enabled her to meet many clients over the years and today she still enjoys keeping in touch with them.
Born in Japan, and majoring in the Chinese language with a Bachelor of Education at the Nagoya University of Foreign Studies, she carried on later to work as a teacher for a private school.
Yoko took the plunge & moved over to Australia in 1995, all alone, to gain new experiences. It was here she met her husband, had two lovely boys and now has her mum and dad here too.
Yoko enjoys her role and Ray White Hope Island where she seizes every new new challenge available to her. Yoko believes that with the support of the well known ‘Ray White Surfers Paradise Group’ behind her, she can take her career to an even higher level.
Yoko looks forward to meeting you soon on your next visit to our Hope Island office. Here you can simply enjoy a holiday, rent a home or buy into our gorgeous lifestyle – you can even have vacant property professionally managed by Yoko.
The choice is yours and Yoko can help you with all these options, with a smile!

Yoko did a great job selling my house. She is very professional and very helpful. I am really happy with her wonderful service. Thank you very much!
Yoko was a successful mediator between the vendor and purchaser and reached a situation where both were happy with the transaction. She was polite and made her time readily available when needed.
She was the best agent in my life as I saw she was so dedicating to her work as an property agent in every way imaginable.
