Peter Gindy has fallen in love with Seddon

EXPERIENCED real estate agent Peter Gindy has fallen in love with Seddon in Melbourne’s inner west.
So much so he’s just bought a house there and opened his own new Ray White business.
Mr Gindy, the new director of Ray White Seddon, said the vibrant suburb, just six kilometres from the CBD, was popular with young city professionals and families.
Seddon rubs shoulders with Footscray and Yarraville, which adds to its general cultural diversity, edginess and vibrancy.
The mix of cafes, restaurants and shops along Victoria Street’s charming Seddon Village are popular with locals.
“I love this area – Seddon is trendy and literally just 10 minutes away from the CBD,” Mr Gindy said, who has spent the last 10.5 years as a sales agent at Ray White’s number one office in Victoria.
“It’s all happening in Seddon. The market is great and it’s a good opportunity for me to open my business there.”
The 35-year-old Elite agent said he always wanted to own a Ray White business.
“Having previously worked in a great Ray White office, my team and I have the experience and knowledge to build a successful business which serves the Seddon community.”
Ray White Victoria and Tasmania CEO Domenic Belfiore said Mr Gindy had been a consistent Elite performer within the Ray White group for in excess of 10 years.
“We are so incredibly proud that Peter has made the decision to become a business owner and are especially excited that he has decided to open in Seddon in the thriving inner west,” Mr Belfiore said.
“Peter’s determination to exceed his client’s expectations has seen him develop into an outstanding agent. We are so excited to see him take on the leadership of our newest office.
“He and his family love the location. Seddon is a thriving suburb with so many cool cafes which has attracted home buyers and investors from across the Westgate bridge. We are so excited for the skillset Peter and his team will bring to our Group.”
