Mr Ginsberg sold a contemporary five-bedroom house with a pool at 7 Vaucluse Rd, Vaucluse in the mid $7 million price bracket after less than a week on the market. He also sold 53 George St, Dover Heights for $1.8 million before auction; 1/25 Macdonald St, Vaucluse for $930,000; 55a Cranbrook Rd, Bellevue Hill in the mid $4 million price bracket and 71 Anglesea St, Bondi for $1.715 million. "I'm finding the market is hot at the moment," Mr Ginsberg said. "It has been an amazing spring."
